HG114 high frequency straight weld pipe production line is used to manufacture weld steel pipe of Φ50mm-Φ114mm with 1.5mm-5.0mm of wall thickness, can produce profiled pipe also within the limit of processing round pipe. After we absorbed advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designed production line and each single unit of the production line is not only economical but also practical.

(I) Round Pipe: φ50-φ114mm              Thickness: 1.5-5.0mm

  Square and Rectangle Pipe: 40X40-90X90mm Thickness: 1.5-4.0mm

Length:  6-12m

(II) Strip steel

(1) Low carbon steel and low alloy steel: δb≤500Mpa

                                       δs≤235Mpa

(2) Steel strip coil: inner diameter:      Φ480-600mm

outer diameter:      Φ900-1800mm

Strip steel width:     150mm-360mm

Strip steel thickness:  1.5mm-5.0mm

(III) Electric installed capacity:             approximately 1100KW
